The main aim of creating this website was the joint marketing of the whole territory of the region and presentation of real estate suitable for business to foreign and Slovak investors.

The interactive database includes investment offers from the private and the public sector. The database registers real estate in five categories:
Industrial Real Estate with minimum area of 250 m2
- A building or a complex of buildings that can only be used as production or warehousing facility, suitable for imminent usage (e.g. production hall, warehouse, premises in an existing industrial area or park, etc. without necessity of any big intervention before starting using the premises))
Greenfield Development Area with the minimum area of 500 m2
- Area designed by the local territorial plan for industrial production, construction of an industrial park, technological park, production halls, warehouse premises, distribution and logistics centres and related services. (Land designed to become a built-up area and used for economic activities in the future.)
Brownfield Development Area with the minimum area of 500 m2
- A building or a complex of buildings especially suitable for production or warehousing that requests large renovation, including removal of an ecological burden before the final utilisation for commercial purpose (e.g. production hall, factory, warehouse, outbuildings, former agricultural farmer’s cooperatives, real estate that has to undergo a large renovation before being suitable for utilisation)
Commercial Objects with minimum area of 500 m2
- Multifunctional complexes (areas, buildings) predominantly of a commercial character (e.g. shops, former houses of culture or department stores, office premises, accommodation facilities)
Objects of Cultural Heritage suitable for commercial purposes with minimum area of 250 m2
- This is a separate category (e.g. historical buildings, especially the ones owned by the municipality, that could be suitable for business, e.g. as accommodation facilities, restaurants or office premises in the future)
- Select the category of your real estate. It is very important to know the exact area of the real estate. In case the real estate area is under the individual minimum category limits, the real estate will not be registered in the database.
The portal is not a commercial one but information one and it offers a possibility of getting the basic information about the investment environment of the region, about industrial or other commercial real estate, and, if approved by the real estate owner or administrator, direct contact data of the owner or administrator of the registered real estate.
